Psalm 115

1 No a nosotros, SEÑOR, no a nosotros, sino a tu nombre da gloria, por tu misericordia, por tu verdad.

1 Not to us, O LORD , not to us, But to Your name give glory Because of Your lovingkindness, because of Your truth.

2 ¿Por qué han de decir las naciones: ¿Dónde está ahora su Dios?

2 Why should the nations say, "Where, now, is their God?"

3 Nuestro Dios está en los cielos; El hace lo que le place.

3 But our God is in the heavens; He does whatever He pleases.

4 Los ídolos de ellos son plata y oro, obra de manos de hombre.

4 Their idols are silver and gold, The work of man's hands.

5 Tienen boca, y no hablan; tienen ojos, y no ven;

5 They have mouths, but they cannot speak; They have eyes, but they cannot see;

6 tienen oídos, y no oyen; tienen nariz, y no huelen;

6 They have ears, but they cannot hear; They have noses, but they cannot smell;

7 tienen manos, y no palpan; tienen pies, y no caminan; no emiten sonido alguno con su garganta.

7 They have hands, but they cannot feel; They have feet, but they cannot walk; They cannot make a sound with their throat.

8 Se volverán como ellos, los que los hacen, y todos los que en ellos confían.

8 Those who make them will become like them, Everyone who trusts in them.

9 Oh Israel, confía en el SEÑOR; El es tu ayuda y tu escudo.

9 O Israel, trust in the LORD ; He is their help and their shield.

10 Oh casa de Aarón, confiad en el SEÑOR; El es vuestra ayuda y vuestro escudo.

10 O house of Aaron, trust in the LORD ; He is their help and their shield.

11 Los que teméis al SEÑOR, confiad en el SEÑOR; El es vuestra ayuda y vuestro escudo.

11 You who fear the LORD , trust in the LORD ; He is their help and their shield.

12 El SEÑOR se ha acordado de nosotros; El nos bendecirá; bendecirá a la casa de Israel; bendecirá a la casa de Aarón.

12 The LORD has been mindful of us; He will bless us; He will bless the house of Israel; He will bless the house of Aaron.

13 El bendecirá a los que temen al SEÑOR, tanto a pequeños como a grandes.

13 He will bless those who fear the LORD , The small together with the great.

14 El SEÑOR os prospere , a vosotros y a vuestros hijos.

14 May the LORD give you increase, You and your children.

15 Benditos seáis del SEÑOR, que hizo los cielos y la tierra.

15 May you be blessed of the LORD , Maker of heaven and earth.

16 Los cielos son los cielos del SEÑOR; pero la tierra la ha dado a los hijos de los hombres.

16 The heavens are the heavens of the LORD , But the earth He has given to the sons of men.

17 Los muertos no alaban al SEÑOR, ni ninguno de los que descienden al silencio.

17 The dead do not praise the LORD , Nor do any who go down into silence;

18 Pero nosotros bendeciremos al SEÑOR desde ahora y para siempre. ¡Aleluya!

18 But as for us, we will bless the LORD From this time forth and forever . Praise the LORD !
