We need to persevere in our faith because just like Paul, we are all prone to discouragement. But, opposition can also bring opportunities. If things always go our way, we’ll never appreciate God’s blessings, and the comfort He brings during difficult times.

When Paul reached the city of Corinth, God gave him a vision to not be afraid, but to keep preaching. Many were against Paul’s teachings, and this discouraged him. So, God also sent fellow servants and faithful friends to be with him, including Silas and Timothy, and Priscilla and Aquila, who were fellow tent makers.
