Did you hear about the professor who was so absent-minded that when he fell
down the stairs, he got up and said, "Wonder what all that noise was
about?" All Christians need to work on their memories. In the Old
Testament, the people of faith were often admonished to remember what the Lord
had done for them. In the New Testament, we even have a sacrament devoted to
memory; namely the Lord's Supper.
