13 per stabilirti oggi come suo popolo, e per esser tuo Dio, come ti disse e come giurò ai tuoi padri, ad Abrahamo, ad Isacco e a Giacobbe.

Deuteronomy 29:13

That be may establish thee this day for a people unto
himself, and [that] he may be unto thee a God
Which contains the sum and substance of the covenant; see ( Jeremiah 32:38 ) ;

as he hath said unto thee, and as he had sworn unto thy fathers, to
Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob;

Deuteronomio 29:13 In-Context

11 i vostri bambini, le vostre mogli, lo straniero ch’è in mezzo al tuo campo, da colui che ti spacca le legna a colui che ti attinge l’acqua,
12 per entrare nel patto dell’Eterno, ch’è il tuo Dio: patto fermato con giuramento, e che l’Eterno, il tuo Dio, fa oggi con te,
13 per stabilirti oggi come suo popolo, e per esser tuo Dio, come ti disse e come giurò ai tuoi padri, ad Abrahamo, ad Isacco e a Giacobbe.
14 E non con voi soltanto fo io questo patto e questo giuramento,
15 ma con quelli che stanno qui oggi con noi davanti all’Eterno, ch’è l’Iddio nostro, e con quelli che non son qui oggi con noi.
