1 Crónicas 3:1-9

1 ESTOS son los hijos de David, que le nacieron en Hebrón: Amnón el primogénito, de Achînoam Jezreelita; el segundo Daniel, de Abigail de Carmelo;

2 El tercero, Absalom, hijo de Maachâ hija de Talmai rey de Gesur; el cuarto, Adonías hijo de Aggith;

3 El quinto, Sephatías, de Abithal; el sexto, Itream, de Egla su mujer.

4 Estos seis le nacieron en Hebrón, donde reinó siete años y seis meses: y en Jerusalem reinó treinta y tres años.

5 Estos cuatro le nacieron en Jerusalem: Simma, Sobab, Nathán, y Salomón, de Beth-sua hija de Ammiel.

6 Y otros nueve: Ibaar, Elisama, y Eliphelet,

7 Noga, Nepheg, y Japhia.

8 Elisama, Eliada, y Eliphelet.

9 Todos estos fueron los hijos de David, sin los hijos de las concubinas. Y Thamar fué hermana de ellos.

This chapter gives an account of the sons of David, born to him both in Hebron and in Jerusalem, 1Ch 3:1-9, and of his successors in the kingdom, to the Babylonish captivity, 1Ch 3:10-16, and of his family, to the coming of the Messiah, 1Ch 3:17-24.

born in Hebron, who are reckoned in the same order as in 2Sa 3:2-5, only here the second son is called Daniel, who there goes by the name of Chileab; he had two names, the reason of which see there; and here David's wife, Eglah, is said in the Targum to be Michal, Saul's daughter, \\See Gill on "2Sa 3:5"\\, to which is added an account of his reign both in Hebron and Jerusalem, agreeably to 2Sa 5:5. 18321-941229-1000-1Ch3.2
