12 Todo el reino de Og en Bas谩n, el cual rein贸 en Astaroth y Edrei, el cual hab铆a quedado del residuo de los Rapheos; pues Mois茅s los hiri贸, y ech贸.

Josué 13:12 Meaning and Commentary

Joshua 13:12

All the kingdom of Og in Bashan, who reigned in Ashtaroth and
in Edrei (See Gill on Joshua 12:4);

who remained of the remnant of the giants;
was descended from those that remained in Ashtaroth, after the rest were cut off by Chedorlaomer, ( Genesis 14:5 ) ; called there the Rephaim, as here:

for these did Moses smite, and cast them out:
that is, not only the giants, but the inhabitants of the above kingdom, the greatest part of them; for the Geshurites and the Maachathites are excepted in ( Joshua 13:13 ) .

10 Y todas las ciudades de Seh贸n rey de los Amorrheos, el cual rein贸 en Hesb贸n, hasta los t茅rminos de los hijos de Amm贸n;
11 Y Galaad, y los t茅rminos de Gessuri, y de Maach芒ti, y todo el monte de Herm贸n, y toda la tierra de Bas谩n hasta Salch芒:
12 Todo el reino de Og en Bas谩n, el cual rein贸 en Astaroth y Edrei, el cual hab铆a quedado del residuo de los Rapheos; pues Mois茅s los hiri贸, y ech贸.
13 Mas 谩 los de Gessuri y Maach芒ti no echaron los hijos de Israel; antes Gessur y Maach芒t habitaron entre los Israelitas hasta hoy.
14 Empero 谩 la tribu de Lev铆 no di贸 heredad: los sacrificios de Jehov谩 Dios de Israel son su heredad, como 茅l les hab铆a dicho.
