Judges 8:29

And Jerubbaal the son of Joash
That is, Gideon, Jerubbaal being another name of his; see ( Judges 6:32 ) ( 7:1 ) went and dwelt in his own house; which was at Ophrah, as appears from ( Judges 9:5 ) the war being ended, he disbanded his army, and retired to his own house; not that he lived altogether a private life there, but as a judge in Israel.

27 Y Gede贸n hizo de ellos un ephod, el cual hizo guardar en su ciudad de Ophra: y todo Israel fornic贸 tras de ese ephod en aquel lugar; y fu茅 por tropiezo 谩 Gede贸n y 谩 su casa.
28 As铆 fu茅 humillado Madi谩n delante de los hijos de Israel, y nunca m谩s levantaron su cabeza. Y repos贸 la tierra cuarenta a帽os en los d铆as de Gede贸n.
29 Y Jerobaal hijo de Joas fu茅, y habit贸 en su casa.
30 Y tuvo Gede贸n setenta hijos que salieron de su muslo, porque tuvo muchas mujeres.
31 Y su concubina que estaba en Sich锚m, tambi茅n le pari贸 un hijo; y p煤sole por nombre Abimelech.
