23 No verán la tierra de la cual juré á sus padres: no, ninguno de los que me han irritado la verá.

Numbers 14:23

Surely they shall not see the land which I sware unto their
fathers
Not possess and enjoy the land of Canaan, which the Lord by an oath had promised their fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give it to their seed; and now he swears that these men, who had so often tempted him, and been disobedient to him, should not inherit it; so the Targums of Jonathan and Jerusalem take it for an oath; see ( Hebrews 3:11 Hebrews 3:18 ) ;

neither shall any of them that provoked me see it;
that provoked him by the ill report they had brought of the land, by their unbelief, by their murmurings, and mutiny.

21 Mas, ciertamente vivo yo y mi gloria hinche toda la tierra,
22 Que todos los que vieron mi gloria y mis señales que he hecho en Egipto y en el desierto, y me han tentado ya diez veces, y no han oído mi voz,
23 No verán la tierra de la cual juré á sus padres: no, ninguno de los que me han irritado la verá.
24 Empero mi siervo Caleb, por cuanto hubo en él otro espíritu, y cumplió de ir en pos de mi, yo le meteré en la tierra donde entró y su simiente la recibirá en heredad.
25 Ahora bien, el Amalecita y el Cananeo habitan en el valle; volveos mañana, y partíos al desierto, camino del mar Bermejo.
