Then Joseph said to his brothers, “I am about to die. But God will surely cometo your aid and take you up out of this land to the land he promised on oath to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.”

So I sent for you immediately, and it was good of you tocome. Now we are all here in the presence of God to listen to everything the Lord has commanded you to tell us.”

When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, “Let the little children cometo me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.

The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone tocometo repentance.
