25 Puso también levitas en la Casa del SEÑOR con címbalos, y salterios, y arpas, conforme al mandamiento de David, y de Gad vidente del rey, y de Natán profeta; porque aquel mandamiento fue por mano del SEÑOR, por mano de sus profetas.

2 Chronicles 29:25

And he set the Levites in the house of the Lord with cymbals,
with psalteries, and with harps
To play upon, which were the three principal instruments of music used in religious worship, and what had been disused in the times of Ahaz: according to the commandment of David, and of Gad the king's seer, and
Nathan the prophet;
this sort of music was not commanded by the law of Moses, but was directed to by David under a divine influence, and was approved of by the prophets of the Lord here mentioned: for so was the commandment of the Lord by his prophets;
the Targum is,

``for by the Word of the Lord was the commandment by the hand of the prophets.''

23 E hicieron llegar los machos cabríos de la expiación delante del rey y de la multitud, y pusieron sobre ellos sus manos;

24 y los sacerdotes los mataron, y expiando esparcieron la sangre de ellos sobre el altar, para reconciliar a todo Israel; porque por todo Israel mandó el rey hacer el holocausto y la expiación.

25 Puso también levitas en la Casa del SEÑOR con címbalos, y salterios, y arpas, conforme al mandamiento de David, y de Gad vidente del rey, y de Natán profeta; porque aquel mandamiento fue por mano del SEÑOR, por mano de sus profetas.

26 Y los levitas estaban con los instrumentos de David, y los sacerdotes con trompetas.

27 Entonces mandó Ezequías sacrificar el holocausto en el altar; y al tiempo que comenzó el holocausto, comenzó también el cántico del SEÑOR, con las trompetas y los instrumentos de David rey de Israel.
