25 Dijo luego Jehú a Bidcar su capitán: Tómalo y échalo a un extremo de la heredad de Nabot de Jezreel. Acuérdate que cuando tú y yo íbamos juntos tras Acab su padre, el SEÑOR pronunció esta sentencia sobre él, diciendo:

2 Kings 9:25

Then said [Jehu] to Bidkar his captain
Not Joram's, but Jehu's captain, though he had been the former's, and his father Ahab's also:

take up, and cast him in the portion of the field of Naboth the
Jezreelite;
near to which they were:

for remember how that, when I and thou rode together after Ahab his
father;
either in the same chariot, or on horseback side by side, his guards or retinue following him two and two:

the Lord laid this burden upon him;
this heavy denunciation of vengeance by Elijah the prophet; and they being together, and pretty near, heard it, as he might remember, which follows.

23 Entonces Joram volviendo la rienda huyó, y dijo a Ocozías: ¡Traición, Ocozías!

24 Mas Jehú entesó su arco cuanto pudo , e hirió a Joram entre las espaldas, y la saeta salió por su corazón, y cayó en su carro.

25 Dijo luego Jehú a Bidcar su capitán: Tómalo y échalo a un extremo de la heredad de Nabot de Jezreel. Acuérdate que cuando tú y yo íbamos juntos tras Acab su padre, el SEÑOR pronunció esta sentencia sobre él, diciendo:

26 Que yo vi ayer la sangre de Nabot, y la sangre de sus hijos, dijo el SEÑOR; y que te las tengo que devolver en esta heredad, dijo el SEÑOR. Tómale pues, ahora, y échalo en la heredad, conforme a la palabra del SEÑOR.

27 Y viendo esto Ocozías rey de Judá, huyó por el camino de la casa del huerto. Y lo siguió Jehú, diciendo: Herid también a éste en el carro, a la subida de Gur, junto a Ibleam. Y él huyó a Meguido, y murió allí.
