Psalms 66:14

Which my lips have uttered
Or "opened" F5; publicly and distinctly declared, and from which there is no going back; see ( Judges 11:33 ) ;

and my mouth hath spoken when I was in trouble;
this refers to the time when the people of God were under antichristian tyranny and bondage; and when they vowed and promised, that, if the Lord would deliver them, they would give him all praise and glory.

12 Hiciste subir varón sobre nuestra cabeza; entramos en fuego y en aguas, y nos sacaste a abundancia.
13 Entraré en tu Casa con holocaustos; te pagaré mis votos,
14 que pronunciaron mis labios, y habló mi boca, cuando estaba angustiado.
15 Holocaustos de cebados te ofreceré, con perfume de carneros; sacrificaré bueyes y machos cabríos. (Selah.)
16 Venid, oíd todos los que teméis a Dios, y contaré lo que ha hecho a mi alma.
