And His disciplesanswered Him, "Where will anyone be able to find enough abreadhere in this desolateplace to satisfythesepeople?"
And He was asking them, "Howmanyloaves do you have?" And they said, "Seven."
And He directed the bpeople to csitdown on the ground; and taking the sevenloaves, He gavethanks and broke them, and started giving them to His disciples to dserve to them, and they served them to the epeople.
They alsohad a fewsmallfish; and 1after He had blessed them, He orderedthese to be fserved as well.
And they ate and were satisfied; and they picked up sevenlarge2basketsfull of what was leftover of the brokenpieces.
9Aboutfourthousand were there; and He sent them away.
And immediately He entered the boat with His disciples and came to the district of 3Dalmanutha.
114The Phariseescame out and began to argue with Him, 5seeking from Him a gsign from heaven, hto test Him.
126Sighingdeeplyiin His spirit, He said, "Why does thisgenerationseek for a jsign? Truly I say to you, k7nolsign will be given to thisgeneration."13Leaving them, He againembarked and wentaway to the otherside.
And they had forgotten to takebread, and did not havemorethanoneloaf in the boat with them.
