1Woe to those who 1schemeiniquity, Who work out evil on their beds! a2When morning comes, they do it, For it is in the 3power of their hands.
They 4covetfields and then 5seize them, And houses, and take them away. They b6rob a man and his house, A man and his inheritance.
3Thereforethussays the LORD, "Behold, I am 7planningagainstthis8family a calamity From which you 9cannotremove your necks; And you will not walk10haughtily, For it will be an 11eviltime.
"On that day they will 12take up against you a ctaunt And d13utter a bitterlamentation and say, 'We are completely14destroyed! He exchanges the portion of my people; How He removes it from me! To the apostate He 15apportions our fields.'
5"Therefore you will haveno one e16stretching a measuringline For you by lot in the assembly of the LORD.

"jRecently My people have arisen as an 23enemy - You 24strip the krobeoff the garment From 25unsuspectingpassers-by, From those returned from war.
"The women of My people you 26evict, Each one from her pleasanthouse. From her children you take My 27splendorforever.
10"Arise and go, For this is noplace28of restBecause of the 29uncleanness that brings on destruction, A painfuldestruction.
11"If a manwalking after wind and 30falsehood Had toldlies and said, 'I will lspeak out to you concerning 31wine and liquor,' He would be mspokesman to 32thispeople.
"I will surely33assembleall of you, Jacob, I will surelygather the 34remnant of Israel. I will put them together like sheep in the fold; Like a flock in the midst of its pasture They will be noisy with men.
"The breakergoes up before them; They break out, passthrough the gate and go out by it. So their kinggoes on before them, And the LORD at their head."
