The Darby Translation (DBY) New International Version (NIV)
Jehovah reigneth: let the peoples tremble. He sitteth [between the] cherubim: let the earth be moved. 1 The LORD reigns, let the nations tremble; he sits enthroned between the cherubim, let the earth shake.
Jehovah is great in Zion, and he is high above all the peoples. 2 Great is the LORD in Zion; he is exalted over all the nations.
They shall praise thy great and terrible name, -- it is holy! -- 3 Let them praise your great and awesome name-- he is holy.
And the strength of the king that loveth justice. *Thou* hast established equity: it is thou that executest judgment and righteousness in Jacob. 4 The King is mighty, he loves justice-- you have established equity; in Jacob you have done what is just and right.
Exalt Jehovah our God, and worship at his footstool. He is holy! 5 Exalt the LORD our God and worship at his footstool; he is holy.
Moses and Aaron among his priests, and Samuel among them that call upon his name: they called unto Jehovah, and *he* answered them. 6 Moses and Aaron were among his priests, Samuel was among those who called on his name; they called on the LORD and he answered them.
He spoke unto them in the pillar of cloud: they kept his testimonies, and the statute that he gave them. 7 He spoke to them from the pillar of cloud; they kept his statutes and the decrees he gave them.
Jehovah, our God, *thou* answeredst them: a forgiving God wast thou unto them, though thou tookest vengeance of their doings. 8 O LORD our God, you answered them; you were to Israel a forgiving God, though you punished their misdeeds.
Exalt Jehovah our God, and worship at the hill of his holiness; for holy is Jehovah our God. 9 Exalt the LORD our God and worship at his holy mountain, for the LORD our God is holy.
