So Michal let David down through a window
In like manner as Rahab let down the spies from her house in Jericho, when the king's messengers were in quest of them, ( Joshua 2:15 ) ; and as the disciples let down the Apostle Paul at Damascus, to preserve him from the designs of the Jews upon him:

and he went, and fled, and escaped;
he departed from his house, and ran with all the haste he could, and escaped the messengers that had beset the house, and were waiting for him.

10 Y trat贸 Sa煤l de clavar a David en la pared con la lanza, pero 茅ste se escurri贸 de la presencia de Sa煤l, y la lanza se clav贸 en la pared; David huy贸 y escap贸 aquella noche.
11 Sa煤l envi贸 mensajeros a la casa de David para vigilarle a fin de matarlo por la ma帽ana; pero Mical, mujer de David, le avis贸, diciendo: Si no pones a salvo tu vida esta noche, ma帽ana te dar谩n muerte.
12 Mical descolg贸 a David por una ventana, y 茅l sali贸, huy贸 y escap贸.
13 Y tom贸 Mical el 铆dolo dom茅stico y lo puso en la cama, puso a su cabecera una almohada de pelo de cabra y lo cubri贸 con ropa.
14 Cuando Sa煤l envi贸 mensajeros para llevarse a David, ella dijo: Est谩 enfermo.
