2 Kings 16:14

And he brought also the brasen altar which was before the
Lord
That which Solomon made, ( 2 Chronicles 4:1 ) , which stood in the court by the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the Lord, ( Leviticus 1:5 ) from the forefront of the house; the frontispiece of the temple, which was at the eastern gate of it:

from between the altar and the house of the Lord
for it seems Urijah had placed the new altar behind the old one, more out of sight; the brasen altar standing between that and the eastern gate, or entrance into the temple; wherefore he removed the brasen altar, and put his new one in the room of it:

and put it;
that is, the brasen altar of Solomon:

on the north side of the altar;
of the new altar, at the right hand as they went into the temple; where it was as in a corner, in greater obscurity, and the new altar more in view as they came into the temple.

12 Cuando vino el rey de Damasco y vio el altar, el rey se acercó al altar y subió hasta él;

13 quemó su holocausto y su ofrenda de cereal, derramó su libación y roció la sangre de sus ofrendas de paz sobre el altar;

14 y el altar de bronce, que estaba delante del SEÑOR, lo trajo de delante de la casa, de entre su altar y la casa del SEÑOR, y lo puso al lado norte de su altar.

15 Entonces el rey Acaz dio órdenes al sacerdote Urías, diciendo: Quema sobre el gran altar el holocausto de la mañana y la ofrenda de cereal de la tarde, el holocausto del rey y su ofrenda de cereal, con el holocausto de todo el pueblo de la tierra y con su ofrenda de cereal y sus libaciones; y rocía sobre él toda la sangre del holocausto y toda la sangre del sacrificio. Pero el altar de bronce será para mí para consultar.

16 Y el sacerdote Urías hizo conforme a todo lo que el rey Acaz le había ordenado.
