Deuteronomy 26:6

And the Egyptians evil entreated us
Ordered their male children to be killed by the midwives, and by another edict to be drowned by the people:

and afflicted us;
by setting taskmasters over them, who put heavy burdens upon them:

and laid upon us hard bondage;
in mortar and brick, and all manner of field service, in which they made them serve with rigour, and whereby their lives were made bitter; see ( Exodus 1:9-22 ) .

4 Entonces el sacerdote tomar谩 la canasta de tu mano, y la pondr谩 delante del altar del SE脩OR tu Dios.
5 Y responder谩s y dir谩s delante del SE脩OR tu Dios: "Mi padre fue un arameo errante y descendi贸 a Egipto y residi贸 all铆, siendo pocos en n煤mero; pero all铆 lleg贸 a ser una naci贸n grande, fuerte y numerosa.
6 "Y los egipcios nos maltrataron y nos afligieron y pusieron sobre nosotros dura servidumbre.
7 "Entonces clamamos al SE脩OR, el Dios de nuestros padres, y el SE脩OR oy贸 nuestra voz y vio nuestra aflicci贸n, nuestro trabajo y nuestra opresi贸n;
8 y el SE脩OR nos sac贸 de Egipto con mano fuerte y brazo extendido, con gran terror, con se帽ales y milagros;
