Judges 3:21

And Ehud put forth his left hand, and took the dagger from
his right thigh
Being, as before observed, a lefthanded man; ( Judges 3:15 ) , and this he could the better do, without being taken notice of by the king, who, if he saw him move his left hand, would have no suspicion of his going to draw a dagger with it, and which also was hidden under his raiment, ( Judges 3:16 ) ;

and thrust it into his belly;
Josephus F4 says into his heart; it is certain the wound was mortal, and must have been in a part on which, life depended.

19 Pero 茅l se volvi贸 desde los 铆dolos que estaban en Gilgal, y dijo: Tengo un mensaje secreto para ti, oh rey. Y 茅ste dijo: Guarda silencio. Y todos los que le serv铆an salieron.
20 Aod vino a 茅l cuando estaba sentado solo en su sala de verano. Y Aod dijo: Tengo un mensaje de Dios para ti. Y 茅l se levant贸 de su silla.
21 Aod alarg贸 la mano izquierda, tom贸 la espada de su muslo derecho, y se la hundi贸 en el vientre.
22 Y la empu帽adura entr贸 tambi茅n tras la hoja, y la gordura se cerr贸 sobre la hoja, pues no sac贸 la espada de su vientre; y se le salieron los excrementos.
23 Entonces sali贸 Aod al corredor, cerr贸 tras s铆 las puertas de la sala de la terraza y les pas贸 el cerrojo.
