Series Dedication

Dedicated to Adrian Rogers and John Piper. They have taught us to love the gospel of Jesus Christ, to preach the Bible as the inerrant Word of God, to pastor the church for which our Savior died, and to have a passion to see all nations gladly worship the Lamb.

Author’s Dedication

Afterward he was traveling from one town and village to another, preaching and telling the good news of the kingdom of God. The Twelve were with him, and also some women who had been healed of evil spirits and sicknesses: Mary, called Magdalene (seven demons had come out of her); Joanna the wife of Chuza, Herod’s steward; Susanna; and many others who were supporting them from their possessions. (Luke 8:1-3)

To those faithful women who have served the Lord since the days of Jesus’s earthly life and those faithful women who have provided for me out of their means: my mother, Frances; my sisters: Sissy, Dee Dee, and Blossom; my wife, Kristie; my daughters: Eden and Afiya; the sister saints who have held it down over the years: Phshikie, Nadia, Kimberly, Ruby; Maxine, Connie D., Adrienne, Kasey, Joylane; Maria, Bev, Dawn, Darlene, Meg, Denise, Linda; Eli, Tiffany, Bari, Ka, Connie B., Stephanie, Jhonna, Carol, Wanda, Deborah, Cathy, and so many others I should not have begun this list. I praise God for you women. Without you, there would be no me.
