10 於 是 亞 瑪 謝 將 那 從 以 法 蓮 來 的 軍 兵 分 別 出 來 ， 叫 他 們 回 家 去 。 故 此 ， 他 們 甚 惱 怒 猶 大 人 ， 氣 忿 忿 地 回 家 去 了 。

2 Chronicles 25:10

Then Amaziah separated them
From his army, among whom they were incorporated and ranked, to wit,

the army that was come to him out of Ephraim;
which he had hired of the ten tribes, these he singled out:

to go home again;
to their own country:

wherefore their anger was greatly kindled against Judah, and they
returned home in great anger;
it being a great slight put upon them, and a reproach to them, to be thus dismissed, as they thought; and especially if they understood that it was because they were idolaters; and the rather as they might have hoped to have had their share in the plunder of the Edomites.

8 你 若 一 定 要 去 ， 就 奮 勇 爭 戰 罷 ！ 但 　 神 必 使 你 敗 在 敵 人 面 前 ； 因 為 　 神 能 助 人 得 勝 ， 也 能 使 人 傾 敗 。

9 亞 瑪 謝 問 　 神 人 說 ： 我 給 了 以 色 列 軍 的 那 一 百 他 連 得 銀 子 怎 麼 樣 呢 ？ 　 神 人 回 答 說 ： 耶 和 華 能 把 更 多 的 賜 給 你 。

11 亞 瑪 謝 壯 起 膽 來 ， 率 領 他 的 民 到 鹽 谷 ， 殺 了 西 珥 人 一 萬 。

12 猶 大 人 又 生 擒 了 一 萬 帶 到 山 崖 上 ， 從 那 裡 把 他 們 扔 下 去 ， 以 致 他 們 都 摔 碎 了 。
