Psalms 98:7

Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof
(See Gill on Psalms 96:11),

the world, and they that dwell therein;
men, the inhabitants of the world; that is, let them rejoice because this glorious King has taken to himself his great power, and reigns, ( Revelation 11:15-17 ) .

8 願 大 水 拍 手 ； 願 諸 山 在 耶 和 華 面 前 一 同 歡 呼 ；

9 因 為 他 來 要 審 判 遍 地 。 他 要 按 公 義 審 判 世 界 ， 按 公 正 審 判 萬 民 。
