Ezekiel 37:17

And join them one to another into one stick
Clap the sticks, planks, boards, or tables, to one another; glue them together, or set them so close to one another, that they may seem as one stick, plank, board, or table: and they shall become one in thine hand;
they shall look as if they were one. R. Joseph Kimchi, the father of David, thinks they really became one, by means of a miracle wrought; but there is no need to suppose this; it is enough that they appeared to be so.

15 耶 和 華 的 話 又 臨 到 我 說 ：

16 人 子 啊 ， 你 要 取 一 根 木 杖 ， 在 其 上 寫 為 猶 大 和 他 的 同 伴 以 色 列 人 ； 又 取 一 根 木 杖 ， 在 其 上 寫 為 約 瑟 ， 就 是 為 以 法 蓮 ， 又 為 他 的 同 伴 以 色 列 全 家 。

17 你 要 使 這 兩 根 木 杖 接 連 為 一 ， 在 你 手 中 成 為 一 根 。

18 你 本 國 的 子 民 問 你 說 ： 這 是 甚 麼 意 思 ？ 你 不 指 示 我 們 麼 ？

19 你 就 對 他 們 說 ： 主 耶 和 華 如 此 說 ： 我 要 將 約 瑟 和 他 同 伴 以 色 列 支 派 的 杖 ， 就 是 那 在 以 法 蓮 手 中 的 ， 與 猶 大 的 杖 一 同 接 連 為 一 ， 在 我 手 中 成 為 一 根 。
