26 Shǒu wàng de rén yòu jiàn yī rén paó lái , jiù duì shǒu chéng mén de rén shuō , yòu yǒu yī rén dúzì paó lái . wáng shuō , zhè yĕ bì shì bàoxìn de .

2 Samuel 18:26

And the watchman saw another man running
At a further distance:

and the watchman called unto the porter;
that kept the gate, under which the watchtower was:

and said, behold, [another] man runneth alone;
as the other, and has the same appearance of a messenger:

and the king said, he also bringeth tidings;
it being usual then, as now, to dispatch one messenger after another, as fresh accounts coming in made it necessary.

24 Dàwèi zhēng zuò zaì chéng wèng lǐ . shǒu wàng de rén shàng chéng mén lóu de dǐng shàng , jǔmù guānkàn , jiàn yǒu yī gèrén dúzì paó lái .

25 Shǒu wàng de rén jiù dàshēng gàosu wáng . wáng shuō , tā ruò dúzì lái , bì shì bào kǒu xìn de . nà rén paó dé jiànjiàn jìn le .

26 Shǒu wàng de rén yòu jiàn yī rén paó lái , jiù duì shǒu chéng mén de rén shuō , yòu yǒu yī rén dúzì paó lái . wáng shuō , zhè yĕ bì shì bàoxìn de .

27 Shǒu wàng de rén shuō , wǒ kàn qiántou rén de paó fǎ , hǎoxiàng Sādū de érzi yà xī mǎ sī de paó fǎ yíyàng . wáng shuō , tā shì gè hǎo rén , bì shì bào hǎo xìnxī .

28 Yà xī mǎ sī xiàng wáng hūjiào shuō , píngān le . jiù zaì wáng miànqián liǎn fú yú dì kòu baì , shuō , Yēhéhuá nǐde shén shì yīngdāng chēngsòng de , yīn tā yǐ jiāng nà jǔ shǒu gōngjī wǒ zhǔ wǒ wáng de rén jiāo gĕi wáng le .
