Jeremiah 33:1

Moreover the word of the Lord came unto Jeremiah the second
time
Not that this was precisely the second time that the word of the Lord came to the prophet, for it had come to him many more times than those; but this was the second time on the same occasion and subject; for the subject of this chapter is the same with that of the former, concerning the Messiah, and the happiness of the church in his times: (while he was yet shut up in the court of the prison):
though the prophet could not go out from hence, and publish his prophecies, yet the Lord visits him again and again; and his presence made the prison a palace to him; and though his afflictions, abounded for the sake of him, his comforts abounded through him; and though he was bound, the word of the Lord was not; it had a free course, and ran, and was glorified; it found its way into the prison, and also out of it: saying:

1 Yēlìmǐ hái qiú zaì hùwèi bīng de yuàn neì , Yēhéhuá de huà dì èr cì líndào tā shuō ,

2 Chéngjiù de shì Yēhéhuá , zào zuò , wéi yào jiànlì de yĕ shì Yēhéhuá . Yēhéhuá shì tāde míng . tā rúcǐ shuō ,

3 Nǐ qiúgào wǒ , wǒ jiù yīngyún nǐ , bìng jiāng nǐ suǒ bù zhīdào , yòu dà yòu nán de shì zhǐshì nǐ .

4 Lún dào zhè chéng zhōng de fángwū hé Yóudà wáng de gōng shì , jiù shì chāihuǐ wèi dǎng dírén gāo lĕi hé dāo jiàn de , Yēhéhuá Yǐsèliè de shén rúcǐ shuō ,

5 Rén yào yǔ Jiālèdǐ rén zhēng zhàn , zhēng shì ná sǐ shī chōngmǎn zhè fángwū , jiù shì wǒ zaì nùqì hé fèn nù zhōng suǒ shā de rén , yīn tāmende yīqiè è , wǒ jiù yǎn miàn bú gù zhè chéng .
