5 Tāmen gèrén qī hǒng línshè , bú shuō zhēn huà . tāmen jiāo shétou xuéxí shuōhuǎng , laó laólù liù dì zuò niè .

Jeremiah 9:5

And they will deceive everyone his neighbour
In conversation, with lying words; and in trade and commerce, by art and tricking: and will not speak the truth;
with respect to facts they report, or goods they sell: they have taught their tongue to speak lies;
and become so accustomed to lying that they cannot do otherwise; it is as it were natural to them: and weary themselves to commit iniquity;
spared no pains to come at it, nor any in it, and go on even to weariness; are more laborious and indefatigable in committing sin than good men are in doing good; which shows great folly and stupidity. The Targum is,

``they are become foolish, they have erred.''

3 Tāmen wān qǐ shétou xiàng gōng yíyàng , wèi yào shuōhuǎng huà . tāmen zaì guó zhōng zēngzhǎng shìlì , bù shì wèi xíng chéngshí , nǎi shì è shang jiā è , bìng bù rènshi wǒ . zhè shì Yēhéhuá shuō de .

4 Nǐmen gèrén dāng jǐn fáng línshè , bùkĕ xìn kào dìxiōng . yīnwei dìxiōng jǐn xíng qīpiàn , línshè dōu wǎng lái chán bàng rén .

5 Tāmen gèrén qī hǒng línshè , bú shuō zhēn huà . tāmen jiāo shétou xuéxí shuōhuǎng , laó laólù liù dì zuò niè .

6 Nǐde zhù chù zaì guǐzhà de rén zhōng . tāmen yīn xíng guǐzhà , bù kĕn rènshi wǒ . zhè shì Yēhéhuá shuō de .

7 Suǒyǐ wàn jūn zhī Yēhéhuá rúcǐ shuō , kàn nǎ , wǒ yào jiāng tāmen róng huā aó liàn . bù rán , wǒ yīn wǒ bǎixìng de zuì gāi zĕnyàng xíng ne .
