Joshua 7:8

O Lord, what shall I say
For the comfort and encouragement of the people of Israel, in vindication of thy power and faithfulness, and against the charge of weakness in thyself, unfaithfulness to thy promises, and unkindness to thy people, brought by our enemies:

when Israel hath turned their backs before their enemies?
or after they have done it; what is to be said now, this being the case? he speaks as a man confounded, and at the utmost loss how to account for the power, the providence, and promises of God.

6 Yuēshūyà biàn sī liĕ yīfu . tā hé Yǐsèliè de zhǎnglǎo bǎ huī sǎ zaì tóu shàng , zaì Yēhéhuá de yuē jǔ qián fǔfú zaì dì , zhídào wǎnshang .

7 Yuēshūyà shuō , āi zāi . zhǔ Yēhéhuá a , nǐ wèishénme jìng lǐng zhè bǎixìng guō Yuēdànhé , jiāng wǒmen jiāo zaì Yàmólìrén de shǒu zhōng , shǐ wǒmen mièwáng ne . wǒmen bú rú zhù zaì Yuēdànhé nàbiān dǎo hǎo .

9 Jiānán rén hé zhè ddì yīqiè de jūmín tīngjian le jiù bì wéi kùn wǒmen , jiāng wǒmen de míng cóng dì shàng chúmiĕ . nàshí nǐ wéi nǐde dà míng yào zĕnyàng xíng ne .

10 Yēhéhuá fēnfu Yuēshūyà shuō , qǐlai . nǐ wèihé zhèyàng fǔfú zaì dì ne .
