1 Kings 12:19

So Israel rebelled against the house of David unto this day.
] In which the writer of this book lived, and so continued until their captivity by the king of Assyria. Their revolt is called a rebellion; for though it was according to the purpose and will of God, yet the people had no command or order from God for it, and was done without consulting him, and was a rejection of their lawful prince.

17 惟 独 住 犹 大 城 邑 的 以 色 列 人 ， 罗 波 安 仍 作 他 们 的 王 。

18 罗 波 安 王 差 遣 掌 管 服 苦 之 人 的 亚 多 兰 往 以 色 列 人 那 里 去 ， 以 色 列 人 就 用 石 头 打 死 他 。 罗 波 安 王 急 忙 上 车 ， 逃 回 耶 路 撒 冷 去 了 。

19 这 样 ， 以 色 列 人 背 叛 大 卫 家 ， 直 到 今 日 。

20 以 色 列 众 人 听 见 耶 罗 波 安 回 来 了 ， 就 打 发 人 去 请 他 到 会 众 面 前 ， 立 他 作 以 色 列 众 人 的 王 。 除 了 犹 大 支 派 以 外 ， 没 有 顺 从 大 卫 家 的 。

21 罗 波 安 来 到 耶 路 撒 冷 ， 招 聚 犹 大 全 家 和 便 雅 悯 支 派 的 人 共 十 八 万 ， 都 是 挑 选 的 战 士 ， 要 与 以 色 列 家 争 战 ， 好 将 国 夺 回 ， 再 归 所 罗 门 的 儿 子 罗 波 安 。
