28 当 这 日 ， 甚 麽 工 都 不 可 做 ； 因 为 是 赎 罪 日 ， 要 在 耶 和 华 ─ 你 们 的 　 神 面 前 赎 罪 。

Leviticus 23:28

Ye shall do no work in that same day
No more than on the weekly sabbath:

for it is a day of atonement, to make atonement for you before the Lord
your God: (See Gill on Leviticus 16:30); Aben Ezra's note is,

``for you only,''

that is, for the Israelites, and not the Gentiles; but the atonement of Christ, the antitype of this, was not for the sins of the Jews only, but for the sins of the whole world, of all his people in it, ( 1 John 2:2 ) .

27 七 月 初 十 是 赎 罪 日 ； 你 们 要 守 为 圣 会 ， 并 要 刻 苦 己 心 ， 也 要 将 火 祭 献 给 耶 和 华 。

28 当 这 日 ， 甚 麽 工 都 不 可 做 ； 因 为 是 赎 罪 日 ， 要 在 耶 和 华 ─ 你 们 的 　 神 面 前 赎 罪 。

29 当 这 日 ， 凡 不 刻 苦 己 心 的 ， 必 从 民 中 剪 除 。

30 凡 这 日 做 甚 麽 工 的 ， 我 必 将 他 从 民 中 除 灭 。
