2 Samuel 10:14

And when the children of Ammon saw that the Syrians were
fled
In whom they put great confidence:

then they fled also before Abishai;
without engaging at all with him, as it seems:

and entered into the city;
out of which they came, either Rabbah or Medeba, for their safety:

so Joab returned from the children of Ammon;
did not stay to lay siege to their city, the season of the year not being proper for it, winter drawing near; see ( 2 Samuel 11:1 ) ;

and came to Jerusalem;
in triumph, to report to David the victory he had obtained.

13 於 是 ， 约 押 和 跟 随 他 的 人 前 进 攻 打 亚 兰 人 ； 亚 兰 人 在 约 押 面 前 逃 跑 。

15 亚 兰 人 见 自 己 被 以 色 列 人 打 败 ， 就 又 聚 集 。

16 哈 大 底 谢 差 遣 人 ， 将 大 河 那 边 的 亚 兰 人 调 来 ； 他 们 到 了 希 兰 ， 哈 大 底 谢 的 将 军 朔 法 率 领 他 们 。
