Esther 9:11

On that day the number of those that were slain in Shushan the
palace was brought before the king.
] Either by order of the king, that he might know how many enemies the Jews had in the city, and how many of subjects had been slain; or officiously by others, with an intention to irritate the king against the Jews.

11 In quel giorno il numero di coloro ch’erano stati uccisi in Susan, stanza reale, fu rapportato in presenza del re.

12 E il re disse alla regina Ester: In Susan, stanza reale, i Giudei hanno uccisi, e distrutti cinquecent’uomini, e i dieci figliuoli di Haman; che avranno essi fatto nelle altre provincie del re? Ma pure, che chiedi tu ancora? e ti sarà conceduto; e che domandi tu ancora? e sarà fatto.

13 Ed Ester disse: Se così piace al re, sia ancora domani conceduto a’ Giudei, che sono in Susan, di fare come era stato ordinato che oggi si facesse; e sieno i dieci figliuoli di Haman appiccati al legno.
