23 Ed avverrà in quel giorno, che ogni luogo, dove saranno state mille viti, del prezzo di mille sicli d’argento, sarà ridotto in vepri ed in pruni.

Isaiah 7:23

And it shall come to pass in that day; [that] every place
shall be
Barren and unfruitful, for want of men to till the ground: where there were a thousand vines at a thousand silverlings;
which were so good, as to be sold or let out for so many silver shekels F13; or the fruit of them came to such a price; see ( Song of Solomon 8:11 ) : it shall [even] be for briers and thorns;
for want of persons to stock the ground and cultivate it.

21 Ed avverrĂ  in quel giorno, che, se alcuno avrĂ  salvata una vitella e due pecore,
22 per l’abbondanza del latte che faranno, egli mangerà del burro; perciocchè chi sarà restato in mezzo della terra, mangerà burro e miele.
23 Ed avverrà in quel giorno, che ogni luogo, dove saranno state mille viti, del prezzo di mille sicli d’argento, sarà ridotto in vepri ed in pruni.
24 Vi si entrerà dentro con saette, e con arco; perciocchè tutta la terra non sarà altro che vepri e pruni.
25 E in tutti i monti che solevano arroncarsi col roncone, non verrà timore alcuno di vepri, nè di pruni; ma saranno per mandarvi a pascere i buoi, e per esser calcati dalle pecore.
