And they broughthimtoJesus:and they casttheirgarmentsupon* the colt,and they setJesusthereon.

And as hewent, they spreadtheirclothesin the way.

And when he was come nigh, evennowat the descent of the mount of Olives, the wholemultitude of the disciplesbegan to rejoice and praiseGod with a loudvoiceforall the mighty worksthat they had seen;

Saying, Blessed be the King that comethin the name of the Lord:peaceinheaven,andgloryin the highest.

Andsome of the Phariseesfrom among the multitudesaiduntohim,Master,rebukethydisciples.

And he answered and said unto them,I tellyouthat,ifthese should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out.

Andwhen he was come near, he beheld the city, and weptoverit,

Saying, Ifthou hadst known, eventhou, at leastinthisthyday, the things which belong untothypeace!butnow they are hidfromthineeyes.

For the days shall comeuponthee,thatthineenemies shall cast a trenchaboutthee,andcompasstheeround, andkeeptheein on every side,
44
And shall laythee even with the ground, andthychildrenwithinthee;and they shallnotleaveinthee one stoneuponanother;becausethouknewestnot the time of thyvisitation.

And he wentinto the temple, and began to cast out them that soldtherein*, and them that bought;
46
Saying unto them, It is written, Myhouseis the house of prayer:butye have madeit a den of thieves.
47
And he taught*daily*in the temple.But the chief priestsand the scribesand the chief of the peoplesought to destroyhim,

Andcouldnotfindwhat they might do: forall the people were very attentive to hearhim.
