Leviticus 26:32

And I will bring the land into desolation
The whole country of Judea, cities, towns, villages, fields, vineyards through the ravage and plunder of the enemy; and they being driven out of it, and carried captive from it, and so the land left untilled, and become barren and unfruitful: and your enemies which dwell therein;
having destroyed them, or cast them out, and sent them into other countries, and took possession of theirs in their room; shall be astonished at it;
at the desolation of the land, that such a fruitful country, a land flowing with milk and honey, should be turned into barrenness, for the wickedness of its inhabitants, and shall be amazed at the judgments of God upon them and that.

30 Destruiré sus santuarios paganos y derribaré sus lugares de culto. Dejaré sus cuerpos sin vida apilados sobre sus ídolos sin vida,
y los despreciaré.

31 Haré que sus ciudades queden desoladas y destruiré sus lugares de culto pagano. No me agradaré de sus ofrendas, las cuales deberían ser un aroma agradable para mí.

33 Los dispersaré entre las naciones y sacaré mi espada contra ustedes. Sus ciudades quedarán en ruinas y su tierra desolada.

34 Entonces, cuando quede desolada, mientras estén desterrados en la tierra de sus enemigos, al fin la tierra gozará de los años de descanso que le fueron negados. ¡Por fin descansará y gozará de los años de descanso que perdió!
