Salmos 119:156

156 Señor
, qué grande es tu misericordia;
que el seguir tus ordenanzas me reanime.

Salmos 119:156 Meaning and Commentary

Psalms 119:156

Great [are] thy tender mercies, O Lord
Not his providential mercies only, which are many and undeserved, and constantly repeated; but his special mercies in Christ, which flow from the tenderness of his heart; and his merciful lovingkindness to his people, and which are great or many F6, as to quantity; there being a multitude of them, not to be reckoned up: and for quality they are wonderful beyond expression and conception; proceed from unmerited love, rich, free, sovereign grace, and last for ever;

quicken me according to that judgments; (See Gill on Psalms 119:149).

Salmos 119:156 In-Context

154 ¡Defiende mi caso, ponte de mi lado!
Protege mi vida como lo prometiste.
155 Los perversos están lejos de ser rescatados,
porque no se interesan en tus decretos.
156 Señor
, qué grande es tu misericordia;
que el seguir tus ordenanzas me reanime.
157 Muchos me persiguen y me molestan,
sin embargo, no me he desviado de tus leyes.
158 Ver a esos traidores me enferma el corazón,
porque no les importa nada tu palabra.
