O Lord, rebuke me not in thy wrath: neither chasten me in thy
hot displeasure
This and the following clause are the same as in ( Psalms 6:1 ) , only instead of wrath there it is anger; (See Gill on Psalms 6:1).

1 SEÑOR, no me reprendas en tu enojoni me castigues en tu ira.
2 Porque tus flechas me han atravesado,y sobre mí ha caído tu mano.
3 Por causa de tu indignaciónno hay nada sano en mi cuerpo;por causa de mi pecadomis huesos no hallan descanso.
4 Mis maldades me abruman,son una carga demasiado pesada.
5 Por causa de mi insensatezmis llagas hieden y supuran.
