Psalms 66:14

Which my lips have uttered
Or "opened" F5; publicly and distinctly declared, and from which there is no going back; see ( Judges 11:33 ) ;

and my mouth hath spoken when I was in trouble;
this refers to the time when the people of God were under antichristian tyranny and bondage; and when they vowed and promised, that, if the Lord would deliver them, they would give him all praise and glory.

13 Me presentaré en tu templo con holocaustosy cumpliré los votos que te hice,
14 los votos de mis labios y mi bocaque pronuncié en medio de mi angustia.
15 Te ofreceré holocaustos de animales engordados,junto con el humo de ofrendas de carneros;te ofreceré toros y machos cabríos. Selah
16 Vengan ustedes, temerosos de Dios,escuchen, que voy a contarlestodo lo que él ha hecho por mí.
