4 Naquela ocasião, conquistamos todas as suas cidades. Não houve cidade que não tomássemos. Foram sessenta em toda a região de Argobe, o reino de Ogue, em Basã.

Deuteronomy 3:4

And we took all his cities at that time
Not only Edrei where the battle was fought, and Ashteroth his capital city, but all the rest in his kingdom:

there was not a city which we took not from them;
not one stood out, but all surrendered on summons; the number of which follows:

three score cities;
which was a large number for so small a country, and shows it to be well inhabited:

all the region of Argob;
which was a small province of

the kingdom of Og in Bashan:

2 O SENHOR me disse: ‘Não tenha medo dele, pois eu o entreguei em suas mãos, com todo o seu exército, e dei a você também a terra dele. Você fará com ele como fez com Seom, rei dos amorreus, que habitava em Hesbom’.

3 “Então o SENHOR, o nosso Deus, também entregou em nossas mãos Ogue, rei de Basã, e todo o seu exército. Nós os derrotamos, sem deixar nenhum sobrevivente.

4 Naquela ocasião, conquistamos todas as suas cidades. Não houve cidade que não tomássemos. Foram sessenta em toda a região de Argobe, o reino de Ogue, em Basã.

5 Todas elas eram fortificadas com muros altos, portas e trancas. Além delas havia muitas cidades sem muros.

6 Nós as destruímos completamente, tal como havíamos feito com Seom, rei de Hesbom, destruindo todas as cidades, matando também os homens, as mulheres e as crianças.
