17 Ed essi fecero così. Aaronne stese la sua mano col suo bastone, percosse la polvere della terra, e ne vennero delle zanzare sugli uomini e sugli animali; tutta la polvere della terra diventò zanzare per tutto il paese d’Egitto.

They did this, and when Aaron stretched out his hand with the staff and struck the dust of the ground, gnats came on people and animals. All the dust throughout the land of Egypt became gnats.
