Psalm 29

1 Tributad al SEÑOR, oh hijos de los poderosos, tributad al SEÑOR gloria y poder.

1 A Psalm of David. Give unto the Lord, O you mighty ones, Give unto the Lord glory and strength.

2 Tributad al SEÑOR la gloria debida a su nombre; adorad al SEÑOR en la majestad de la santidad.

2 Give unto the Lord the glory due to His name; Worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.

3 Voz del SEÑOR sobre las aguas. El Dios de gloria truena, el SEÑOR está sobre las muchas aguas.

3 The voice of the Lord is over the waters; The God of glory thunders; The Lord is over many waters.

4 La voz del SEÑOR es poderosa, la voz del SEÑOR es majestuosa.

4 The voice of the Lord is powerful; The voice of the Lord is full of majesty.

5 La voz del SEÑOR rompe los cedros; sí, el SEÑOR hace pedazos los cedros del Líbano;

5 The voice of the Lord breaks the cedars, Yes, the Lord splinters the cedars of Lebanon.

6 y como becerro hace saltar al Líbano; y al Sirión como cría de búfalo.

6 He makes them also skip like a calf, Lebanon and Sirion like a young wild ox.

7 La voz del SEÑOR levanta llamas de fuego.

7 The voice of the Lord divides the flames of fire.

8 La voz del SEÑOR hace temblar el desierto; el SEÑOR hace temblar el desierto de Cades.

8 The voice of the Lord shakes the wilderness; The Lord shakes the Wilderness of Kadesh.

9 La voz del SEÑOR hace parir a las ciervas , y deja los bosques desnudos, y en su templo todo dice: ¡Gloria!

9 The voice of the Lord makes the deer give birth, And strips the forests bare; And in His temple everyone says, "Glory!"

10 El SEÑOR se sentó como rey cuando el diluvio; sí, como rey se sienta el SEÑOR para siempre.

10 The Lord sat enthroned at the Flood, And the Lord sits as King forever.

11 El SEÑOR dará fuerza a su pueblo; el SEÑOR bendecirá a su pueblo con paz. David.

11 The Lord will give strength to His people; The Lord will bless His people with peace.
