1 JEHOVA, no me reprendas en tu furor, Ni me castigues con tu ira.

O LORD, do not punish me in your anger or discipline me in your rage.
2 Ten misericordia de mí, oh Jehová, porque yo estoy debilitado: Sáname, oh Jehová, porque mis huesos están conmovidos.

Have pity on me, O LORD, because I am weak. Heal me, O LORD, because my bones shake with terror.
3 Mi alma asimismo está muy conturbada: Y tú, Jehová, ¿hasta cuándo?

My soul has been deeply shaken with terror. But you, O LORD, how long...?
4 Vuelve, oh Jehová, libra mi alma; Sálvame por tu misericordia.

Come back, O LORD. Rescue me. Save me because of your mercy!
5 Porque en la muerte no hay memoria de ti: ¿Quién te loará en el sepulcro?

In death, no one remembers you. In the grave, who praises you?
6 Heme consumido á fuerza de gemir: Todas las noches inundo mi lecho, Riego mi estrado con mis lágrimas.

I am worn out from my groaning. My eyes flood my bed every night. I soak my couch with tears.
7 Mis ojos están carcomidos de descontento; Hanse envejecido á causa de todos mis angustiadores.

My eyes blur from grief. They fail because of my enemies.
8 Apartaos de mí, todos los obradores de iniquidad; Porque Jehová ha oído la voz de mi lloro.

Get away from me, all you troublemakers, because the LORD has heard the sound of my crying.
9 Jehová ha oído mi ruego; Ha recibido Jehová mi oración.

The LORD has heard my plea for mercy. The LORD accepts my prayer.
10 Se avergonzarán, y turbaránse mucho todos mis enemigos; Volveránse y serán avergonzados subitáneamente.

All my enemies will be put to shame and deeply shaken with terror. In a moment they will retreat and be put to shame.
