The great naturalist John Muir wrote; "Climb the mountains and get their
good tidings. Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees.
The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy,
while cares will drop off like autumn leaves."
All of that is probably true. But there are good tidings greater than those that come from climbing mountains: Divine good tidings. There is a peace that is greater than the peace that comes from nature: Divine peace. There is an energy greater than that which comes from storms: Divine energy. And while you may lose some of your cares in contemplating nature, you can lose them all by coming to the divine Son of God. As an old song says, "Take your burden to the Lord and leave it there."
