Judges 15:17

And it came to pass, when he had made an end of speaking
Of delivering out the above song, which very probably consisted of much more than what is here expressed:

that he cast away the jawbone out of his hand;
which he held in his hand had wrought by him through the means of it, and so served to animate him to praise and thankfulness; but having no further use for it, he threw it away:

and called the place Ramathlehi;
that is, the casting away the jawbone, so Kimchi; but Ben Gersom thinks it was an high place where it was thrown, and so signifies the elevation or lifting up of the "jawbone", as the Septuagint version renders it.

16 Entonces Sams贸n dijo: Con la quijada de un asno, un mont贸n, dos montones; Con la quijada de un asno her铆 mil hombres.
17 Y acabando de hablar, ech贸 de su mano la quijada, y llam贸 谩 aquel lugar Ramath-lehi.
18 Y teniendo gran sed, clam贸 luego 谩 Jehov谩, y dijo: T煤 has dado esta gran salud por mano de tu siervo: 驴y morir茅 yo ahora de sed, y caer茅 en mano de los incircuncisos?
19 Entonces quebr贸 Dios una muela que estaba en la quijada, y salieron de all铆 aguas, y bebi贸, y recobr贸 su esp铆ritu, y reanim贸se. Por tanto llam贸 su nombre de aquel lugar, En-haccore, el cual es en Lehi, hasta hoy.
