18Whatthen is my 1reward? That, when I preach the gospel, I may offer the gospel2withoutcharge, so as 3not to makefulluse of my right in the gospel.
For though I am4free from all men, I have mademyself5a slave to all, so that I may 6winmore.
207To the Jews I became as a Jew, so that I might winJews; to thosewho are underathe Law, as underbthe Law though 8not beingmyselfundercthe Law, so that I might winthosewho are underdthe Law;
to those who are 9withoutlaw, 10as withoutlaw, though not beingwithout the law of God but 11under the law of Christ, so that I might winthose who are withoutlaw.
To the 12weak I becameweak, that I might win the weak; I have become13allthings to allmen, 14so that I may by allmeanssavesome.
I doallthings for the sake of the gospel, so that I may become a fellowpartaker of it.
2415Do you not know that those who run in a raceallrun, but only onereceives16the prize? 17Run in such a way that you may win.
25Everyone who 18competes in the gamesexercisesself-control in allthings. They then do it to receive a perishable19wreath, but we an imperishable.
26Therefore I 20run in such a way, as not withoutaim; I box in such a way, as not 21beating the air;
but I ediscipline22my body and make it my slave, so that, after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified.
