Their Ministry Commended

1 And 1working together with Him, 2we also urge you not to receive 3the grace of God in vain -
2 for He says, "4AT THE ACCEPTABLE TIME I LISTENED TO YOU, AND ON THE DAY OF SALVATION I HELPED YOU." Behold, now is "THE ACCEPTABLE TIME," behold, now is "THE DAY OF SALVATION "-
3 5giving no cause for offense in anything, so that the ministry will not be discredited,
7 in 16the word of truth, in 17the power of God; by 18the weapons of righteousness for the right hand and the left,
8 by glory and 19dishonor, by 20evil report and good report; regarded as 21deceivers and yet 22true;
11 30Our mouth has spoken freely to you, O Corinthians, our 31heart is opened wide.
12 You are not restrained by us, but 32you are restrained in your own affections.
13 Now in a like 33exchange -I speak as to 34children -open wide to us also.
15 Or what 38harmony has Christ with Belial, or what has a 39believer in common with an 40unbeliever?
16 Or 41what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For we are 42the temple of 43the living God; just as God said, "44I WILL 45DWELL IN THEM AND 46WALK AMONG THEM; AND I WILL BE THEIR GOD, AND THEY SHALL BE MY PEOPLE.
17 "47Therefore, 48COME OUT FROM THEIR MIDST AND BE SEPARATE," says the Lord. "AND DO NOT TOUCH WHAT IS UNCLEAN; And I will welcome you.
18 "49And I will be a father to you, And you shall be 50sons and daughters to Me," Says the Lord Almighty.
