25"Truly I say to you, I will neveragaindrink of the fruit of the vineuntil that daywhen I drink it new in the kingdom of God."261After singing a hymn, they went out to 2the Mount of Olives.
273And Jesussaid to them, "You will allafallaway, because it is written, '4I WILL STRIKEDOWN THE SHEPHERD, AND THE SHEEP SHALL BE SCATTERED.'28"But after I have been raised, 5I will goahead of you to Galilee."29
But Petersaid to Him, "Even thoughall may bfallaway, yet I will not."
And Jesussaid to him, "Truly I say to you, that c6thisverynight, before7a roostercrowstwice, you yourself will deny Me threetimes."31
But Peter kept sayinginsistently, "Even if I have to die with You, I will not deny You!" And they all were saying the samethingalso.
328They came to a placenamedGethsemane; and He said to His disciples, "Sithereuntil I have prayed."33
And He took with Him Peter and dJames and John, and began to be very9distressed and troubled.
And He said to them, "10My soul is deeplygrieved to the point of death; remainhere and keepwatch."35
And He went a littlebeyond them, and fell to the ground and began to pray that if it were possible, 11the hour might epass Him by.
