Hebrew Names Version (HNV) New International Version (NIV)
Brothers, even if a man is caught in some fault, you who are spiritual must restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness; looking to yourself so that you also aren't tempted. 1 Brothers, if someone is caught in a sin, you who are spiritual should restore him gently. But watch yourself, or you also may be tempted.
Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Messiah. 2 Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.
For if a man thinks himself to be something when he is nothing, he deceives himself. 3 If anyone thinks he is something when he is nothing, he deceives himself.
But let each man test his own work, and then he will take pride in himself and not in his neighbor. 4 Each one should test his own actions. Then he can take pride in himself, without comparing himself to somebody else,
For each man will bear his own burden. 5 for each one should carry his own load.
But let him who is taught in the word share all good things with him who teaches. 6 Anyone who receives instruction in the word must share all good things with his instructor.
Don't be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that will he also reap. 7 Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.
For he who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption. But he who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. 8 The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction; the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.
Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don't give up. 9 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
So then, as we have opportunity, let us work that which is good toward all men, and especially toward those who are of the household of the faith. 10 Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.
See with what large letters I write to you with my own hand. 11 See what large letters I use as I write to you with my own hand!
As many as desire to look good in the flesh, they compel you to be circumcised; only that they may not be persecuted for the cross of Messiah. 12 Those who want to make a good impression outwardly are trying to compel you to be circumcised. The only reason they do this is to avoid being persecuted for the cross of Christ.
For even they who receive circumcision don't keep the law themselves, but they desire to have you circumcised, that they may boast in your flesh. 13 Not even those who are circumcised obey the law, yet they want you to be circumcised that they may boast about your flesh.
But far be it from me to boast, except in the cross of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. 14 May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.
For in Messiah Yeshua neither is circumcision anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creation. 15 Neither circumcision nor uncircumcision means anything; what counts is a new creation.
As many as will walk by this rule, shalom and mercy be on them, and on God's Yisra'el. 16 Peace and mercy to all who follow this rule, even to the Israel of God.
From now on, let no one cause me any trouble, for I bear the marks of the Lord Yeshua branded on my body. 17 Finally, let no one cause me trouble, for I bear on my body the marks of Jesus.
The grace of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah be with your spirit, brothers. Amein. 18 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, brothers. Amen.
