13 Und zerreißet euer Herz und nicht eure Kleider, und kehret um zu Jehova, eurem Gott; denn er ist gnädig und barmherzig, langsam zum Zorn und groß an Güte, und läßt sich des Übels gereuen.

Rend your heart and not your garments. Return to the LORD your God, for he is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love, and he relents from sending calamity.
