Éxodo 28:37-43

37 La fijarás en un cordón azul, y estará sobre la tiara; estará en la parte delantera de la tiara.

38 Y estará sobre la frente de Aarón, y Aarón quitará la iniquidad de las cosas sagradas que los hijos de Israel consagren en todas sus ofrendas santas; y la lámina estará siempre sobre su frente, para que sean aceptas delante del SEÑOR.

39 Tejerás a cuadros la túnica de lino fino, y harás una tiara de lino fino; harás también un cinturón, obra de un tejedor.

40 Para los hijos de Aarón harás túnicas, también les harás cinturones, y les harás mitras, para gloria y hermosura.

41 Y vestirás con ellos a tu hermano Aarón y a sus hijos con él; y los ungirás y ordenarás y consagrarás para que me sirvan como sacerdotes.

42 Les harás calzoncillos de lino para cubrir su desnudez; llegarán desde los lomos hasta los muslos.

43 Y los llevarán puestos Aarón y sus hijos cuando entren en la tienda de reunión, o cuando se acerquen al altar para ministrar en el lugar santo, para que no incurran en culpa y mueran. Será estatuto perpetuo para él y para su descendencia después de él.

INTRODUCTION TO EXODUS 28

This chapter informs us of the servants God would have to minister to him in the house, or tabernacle, he had ordered to be made, even Aaron and his sons, Ex 28:1 of the garments they were to wear in their service, Ex 28:2-5 and first of the garments of the high priest, and particularly of the ephod, with the girdle, on the shoulder pieces of which were to be two onyx stones, with the names of the children of Israel engraved on them, Ex 28:6-14, and that of the breastplate of judgment, with the Urim and Thummum in it, Ex 28:15-30 and of the robe of the ephod, Ex 28:31-35, and of the mitre, Ex 28:36-39 and then of the garments of the common priests, Ex 28:40-43.
