Marcos 13:15 Meaning and Commentary

Mark 13:15

And let him that is on the house top
On the battlements of the house, either for diversion or devotion:

not go down into the house;
in the inner way by the stairs, or ladder within doors:

neither enter therein;
being come down from the top of the house, by stairs, or a ladder without, which was usual:

to take any thing out of his house;

Marcos 13:15 In-Context

13 Y seréis odiados de todos por causa de mi nombre, pero el que persevere hasta el fin, ése será salvo.
14 Mas cuando veáis la ABOMINACION DE LA DESOLACION puesta donde no debe estar (el que lea, que entienda), entonces los que estén en Judea huyan a los montes;
15 y el que esté en la azotea, no baje ni entre a sacar nada de su casa;
16 y el que esté en el campo, no vuelva atrás a tomar su capa.
17 Pero, ¡ay de las que estén encinta y de las que estén criando en aquellos días!
